Alternatives 

The recipe is an old fashioned chocolate cake, moist but not as heavy as a mud cake. Covered on three sides with solid dark French chocolate with a smooth texture and chocolate taste. The ring shape makes it easy to cut and serve slices and is great for an afternoon tea or as a dessert.
